The Challenge
PawPack JP relied on multiple disconnected tools and manual spreadsheets to manage appointments, customer information, pet health records, payments, and daily operations. This resulted in scheduling conflicts, duplicated data, inefficient workflows, and limited visibility into business performance. As the business grew, the existing process became increasingly difficult to scale.
The Solution

The system includes online appointment booking, customer and pet profile management, vaccination and medical history tracking, staff scheduling, service management, digital invoicing, payment processing, notifications, analytics dashboards, and a secure administrative portal. The platform centralizes daily operations while providing a modern experience for both staff and customers.
